The Jarvis app (Джарвис), its code, interface and design, as well as the jarvisapp.tech website, its texts, images, videos and voice recordings, are protected works. The rights holder is Кришталь Игорь Михайлович.

2. Protection
The app and the website materials are protected by copyright law: Part Four of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and international treaties, including the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works.
3. What you may do
Having downloaded the app with a personal code, you may install and use it for personal purposes on your own devices.
4. What is prohibited without the rights holder’s written permission
- copying, distributing, selling or renting out the app or its parts, or publishing them openly;
- passing the install code to others or publishing it;
- modifying or decompiling the app, bypassing the code check or other protection;
- using the texts, images, videos and voice recordings of the website and the app for commercial purposes.
5. Liability
Unlawful use of the app and the website materials entails liability under the law: civil, administrative and criminal.
6. Third-party components and trademarks
The app uses third-party components — AI models and libraries under open licenses. They are distributed under their own licenses; the rights belong to their authors.
Apple, Mac, macOS, iPhone, Siri, ChatGPT, Claude, Alice, Telegram, WhatsApp, YouTube and other names mentioned are trademarks of their owners. The Jarvis project is not affiliated with Marvel Entertainment or The Walt Disney Company.
7. Updates
The app keeps evolving: updates are released regularly, and new features and fixes are based on users’ reviews and ideas.
